Taufiq Wirahman was born in Boyolali, Central Java, Indonesia, on 11th of May 1980. He received his bachelor degree (S.Kom) in computer science from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Yogyakarta, Indonesia in 2004. Shortly after graduated, he joined Research Center for Informatics, Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI : Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia) as reseacher candidate. He obtained his master degree in electrical engineering form Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia in 2013. Currently, he is a system administrator for national computing center facility at LIPI. His current research interest include parallel computing, high performance computing and data mining.
