Andy Octavian Latief is currently a PhD student at Department of Physics, Univ. of Birmingham, UK. His research is about topological phases, a subfield of theoretical condensed matter physics. His previous study, where he was working on theoretical high energy physics, was at Univ. of Maryland of College Park, United States (graduated at 2013), and Universitas Indonesia (graduated at 2010), for master and bachelor degrees, respectively.

    Karena saya pikir biaya membership di luar seperti itu cukup mahal untuk ilmuwan perintis seperti saya. Di sisi lain kita memerlukan wadah komunitas supaya bergerak lebih terorganisir dan sebagai alamat author untuk submit paper ke jurnal di luar negeri.
